Intermec ReadiCareSM logistics services lower the cost of technology implementation projects by providing configuration and deployment management for data collection equipment and software. ReadiCare services are conducted in a clean, secure environment, to ensure that the configuration, staging and scheduling of your multi-location technology rollout-specified equipment – including equipment from multiple vendors – is accomplished without a hitch. When your system has passed operational testing, per your requirements, it is shipped to your individual sites, precisely as scheduled, ready for installation along with all required documentation. The ReadiCare team of experienced, full-time professionals custom manages pre-deployment equipment to the most exacting specifications, to the particulars of any timetable. Per customer requirements, devices are logged and tagged, configured, confirmation tested, documented, kitted and shipped fully-operational for out-of-the box, no hassle, on-time deployment. In the USA, tens of thousands of end-customer devices and software loads are processed annually by our ReadiCare services staff at the Intermec Logistics Control Center in Everett, WA.
